I've been wanting to learn Blender ever since 2.8 so I finally had some time to download the software and take it for spin.
Simple face study utilizing Blender's BSDS Principled Shader for skin shader testing. The head was sculpted in ZBrush and the textures were baked from Toolbag. The diffuse/scatter maps were created using high res TextureXYZ maps.

Boxcutter addon for Blender. As with any tool it's best to be used with other tools. I found Boxcutter to work better when combined with traditional modeling techniques.
Cycles render tests with a simple ski jacket created in Marvelous Designer.
This was the first project I worked on in Blender 2.8. I figured a hard surface project would be a good way to starting learning a new 3D software package. The first week was a struggle but afterwards it was surprisingly easy.
The model was rendered in Blender's all new Eevee real time engine. The textures were done in Substance Painter.
